Delete your CourtIQ account
Two ways to delete. No app install needed.
Delete in the app

Request by email
- 1 Write from your account email if you can.
- 2 Ask for deletion and name your sign-in method.
- 3 Using Hide My Email? Add your relay address.
We confirm ownership first. Never send your password.
What deletion removes
Your profile, match history, progress and rewards.
Your sign-in account is deleted too.

You can request deletion of your CourtIQ account and associated data without installing or opening the app.
Request deletion by email
Email an account deletion request
If the button does not open your email app, send a message to support@
- Use the email address associated with your CourtIQ account, if you can access it.
- State that you want your CourtIQ account and associated data deleted. Include the sign-in method you use: email, Google or Apple.
- If you use Apple Hide My Email, include the relay address associated with CourtIQ if available. If you cannot access your account email, explain this in your request so ownership can be verified.
Account ownership must be confirmed before deletion. Do not send your password, verification codes or sign-in tokens.
Delete from the app
Open Profile, then Account, then Delete Account. Follow the confirmation for your sign-in method. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the account.
What account deletion removes
Deletion removes your active profile, gameplay history, progression, rewards, equipment records and in-app feedback, and deletes your sign-in account. Active mailing-list and waitlist entries matched to your account email are also removed.
Minimal deletion-status records remain to finish interrupted requests and prevent deleted-account access. Existing email opt-out records remain to respect unsubscribe preferences. Service logs, backups and diagnostic reports already sent are handled separately; mention those records in your request if you want them reviewed for deletion.
